The company was founded in December 2016 by Koantlane Molefi, an experienced Human Resource Management professional who has sixteen years serving in various government ministries, different private sector and international organizations. Currently working as Group CEO of Room Seven Group under whose auspices Room Seven Consulting operates, Mr. Molefi has expertise in areas such as human resource administration, strategic management, learning and development (administration and classroom), and organization design and needs analyses.
Company Business Streams
I. Leadership Stream
The Leadership Stream entails consulting works focusing on general leadership and management aimed at assisting different organizations to be run well both from strategic and operational levels. Any effort under this stream is branded "KM Avantgarde".
II. Stewardship Stream
This stream focus on wellness issues assisting both individuals and organizations take care of their resources such as finances, health, legal matters, etc. This stream is branded "Royal-hood". We are in this regard quite advanced in developing the Royalhood Corporate Wellness Programme aiming at optimized employee wellness for organizations.
III. Inspiration Stream
Branded "Icons" The Inspiration Stream concentrates on personal and corporate
inspiration and motivation. We assist individuals and organization to renew their
commitment to their desired success levels and go on to achieve their objectives.
Having begun our operations in January 2017, the company has hit the ground
running having worked for two months with Maluti Adventist Hospital chairing two of
their disciplinary cases.
